BRYAN BAEUMLER'S 'BRYAN INC' BURLINGTON HOUSE ON MARGUERITE SELLS!

At the beginning of October, I posted this 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on an 80 x 168 foot lot at 156 Marguerite Lane in Burlington.

It was one of the houses that was being featured on the HGTV show 'Bryan Inc' starring Bryan Baeumler and his wife Sarah Baeumler...

It is a pretty great house if this is your style.  But I wasn't crazy about the fact that, in a house this size, the living room, dining room, and kitchen were all in one open space at the back.

When I posted it, I thought (but didn't mention) that it was weird that Bryan's brother who is an agent and had been on the show previously wasn't the agent for this house.

Turns out, the week after I posted the house, we learned on the show that the Baeumler's weren't the only investors in this house and, in fact, they had pulled out their $900,000 investment because the house was just getting too expensive.  

And it might have been a good idea because this house was initially listed at $3,690,000 which was pretty high.

Or maybe not (assuming this was built at $300/square foot)

Because, though it sat on the market for 33 days, it finally sold at the end of November (thanks to the reader who just point that out)..

For $3,200,000.

Which means I think there was still some room for a good profit.
