This is a 2,573 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a waterfront lot at 104 Trueworthy Road on Saturna Island...
It's a house that was built in 2005 but still looks current.
Minus some of the furniture that seems out of place in this house, and the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms aren't quite the same, there is something about this place that reminds me of the cottage at 41 Alves Road in Georgian Bay...
This place is a little more casual and not as modern, but there is something similar.
The Georgian Bay house was initially listed in 2013 for $2,690,000 when it was featured in the Montreal Gazette. A month later, it was featured in the National Post for $3,160,000. When I posted it, the price was down to $2,175,000.

This place has been listed since at least October 2014.
In Jannuary, it was featured in the New York Times when the asking price was $2,400,000. It is still on the market and the asking price is still $2,400,000.
Maybe that 2-3 hour long ferry ride to get there might be a bit of a deterrent...
Or the fact that it is only 3 bedrooms.
