In 2013, I posted this is a 3+3 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 1.68 acre lot at 15 Pump Hill Close SW in the Pump Hill neighbourhood in Calgary.

It was a house that was built in 1976 and from the looks of the kitchen...

And one of the bathrooms...

There haven't been a lot of changes since so it would need a lot of money to update it.  

Here is the listing video from 2012...

The asking price was $8,680,000.

From the looks of it, it never sold and as recently as this past October, it was back on the market.

The new asking price is $12,380,000.

Considering the Calgary market isn't exactly on the upswing, that's an interesting strategy.
