PRICE DROP #2 - 659 Dovercourt Road - DUFFERIN GROVE
At the beginning of December, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex semi on a 25.25 x 100.05 foot lot at 659 Dovercourt Road in Dufferin Grove.
It was a house that had been listed in 2012 when it had recently been flipped. It was listed at $1,589,000. I thought it would sell for about $1,399,000...maybe $1,450,000. It sold for $1,489,000.
In December, it was back on the market with no changes that I could see since they were using the old listing photos.
And at a 10% increase, the asking price would be a $2,180,000 house but the new asking price was higher at $2,350,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped 2 weeks later to $2,250,000.
It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again. The new asking price for this house is...
$1,950,000.
