This is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 2,827 square foot house on a 33 foot lot and a double garage at 2861 W 13th Avenue in the neighbourhood of Kitsilano in Vancouver, British Columbia.

It is a house done by NRT Developments and it used to look like this...

An old Vancouver house that probably cost $2 million that has been replaced with a new build.

This new build is more modern on the outside than a lot of Vancouver houses.  Inside, it is also modern and I really like all the finishes.

But I am a little unsure about the floor.  It could be the lighting...

It's kind of orange.

But as I said, it could just be the lighting...maybe.

Perhaps if they had gone with the basement stain...

But perhaps it is just the lighting because it doesn't look as orange in the video...

But floors aside, this is a really good move-in-ready house with a basement rental and a backyard with a garage.

It is listed at $3,799,000.  Considering it has been on the market for 3 months already, that might be high...

But it is Vancouver.
