It's about a day late but....
Meghan Markle's Seaton Village rental is on the market!!!
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with a detached garage on a 20 x 120 foot lot at 10 Yarmouth Road in Seaton Village.
Considering her name has recently been all over the news covering her 'recent' engagement to Price Harry...
And that she has now finished her starring role in 'Suits' and has permenantly moved to England...
Now is a good time for the owners to capitalize on that publicity.
And this house is getting a LOT of it. It has been featured in The Globe and Mail, CBC, blogTO, The Star, The Daily Mail and probably countless others.
As she has moved out, the furniture in the house is staging furniture which is fine because the listing photos show good shots of the house and it's good furniture.
But I don't know about you...
I want to see what it looked like WHILE she lived there so I went to her Instagram.
So, like Hello Magazine did in June (and I just noticed Architectural Digest did yestereday) I am posting a few of my favourite of her Instagram photos...
I really like it. It is simple yet stylish. And it feels really cozy. It's too bad that furniture didn't stay. But maybe it's being moved into Harry and Meghan's new house at Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace...
A house that is a litttle bit bigger than this house.
But this is a good house in a good location in Toronto with a good sized back yard and a garage. And it is move right in.
It is listed at $1,395,000.
For a detached house, that is a good price in this neighbourhood. But will it get a premium because of who the previous tenant was?
I don't doubt it.
