If you have been watching the current first season of the HGTV show 'Bryan Inc' starring Bryan Baeumler and his wife, Sarah Baeumler, you are aware that the show has featured 2 houses (well, really 3 if you count their own house).

The first house was a house that the Baeumler's had gone into with other investors.  At some point in the construction, they decided to pull out when the other investors decided to increase the budget.

That house at 156 Marguerite Lane in Burlington was listed in October...

 The asking price was $3,690,000.  It sold 3 weeks later for $3,200,000.

This house that was Sarah's first project for the company (at least that was the story for the show) was listed in mid-December, a week after Marguerite sold.

Though on the show last night (it may have been a rerun, not sure), Bryan spoke with his real estate agent brother who listed this house and they discussed listing it under $2 million.  Bryan suggested $1,995,000 (or something like that).

It was in fact listed at $2,175,000.

Like the Marguerite house, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 100 x 269 foot lot at 2100 Highview Drive took 3 weeks to sell. 

The final selling price for this house was...

$2,025,000.
