In May 2015, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spaces on a 16.98 x 96.23 foot lot at 156 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a great house with a lot of attention to detail.  So much so that I assumed it was a designers own house or done by a designer.  As it turns out, it was done by Sarah Richardson.  And like a lot of her work, there was wallpaper.  

That wallpaper is now gone.  And I like that it is gone in the dining room, but I really liked the one in the bedroom.

Otherwise, it is all the same just with different furniture.

In 2015, the asking price was $1,549,000.  It sold in 2 days for $1,825,000.

Two years later, it is listed again and at a 10% increase (which is now low), the asking price would be approximately $2,200,000.

And the asking price is....

$2,195,000.

So, it will probably go somewhere closer to $2.45.
