222 Shaw Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
In September, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with an attached garage at 222 Shaw Street in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was a house that I posted in May 2013 when the asking price was $1,190,000. I thought it would sell for $1,235,000. A week after I posted it, the price was dropped by $1,000 to $1,189,000.
I'm not sure what it sold for then, but considering the furniture was the same in the September 2016 listing, I assume it never sold. The new asking price was $1,499,000. It sold for $1,575,000.
Five months later and it is on the market again!
The new asking price is $1,450,000...
Which is $125,000 LOWER than what it sold for only 5 months ago.
So, this means they are looking for $1,800,00?
