235 Withrow Avenue - RIVERDALE
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on an 18.67 x 100 foot lot at 235 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale.
I first posted it in July 2015 when it was listed at $1,100,000. I had thought it would sell closer to $1,325,000. It sold for $1,250,000.
It's now back on the market. Though I much prefer the style of the house before...
(Could there have been some Throw Pillow Staging going on here?)
And thought it showed much better then...
It's still a really good house.
It is now listed at $1,695,000...which is a 19% annual increase.
Has Riverdale gone up that much? I don't think so but it will probably sell for ask. Maybe a little under.
