If this place looks familiar, it's because I posted it at the end of 2015 when another of the 6 apartments that are contained in this building.

Like that place, this is a 1+1 bedroom apartment, 2 bathroom apartment.

According to the listing for this one, it is 1,345 square feet on a 16.33 x 32.90 'lot' with 1 parking spot.

And I think this is the person that lives here...

Because this is the main bedroom...

It's a baby's room!  Where does the parent sleep?  On that couch thing?  Or on this futon in the small office in the basement?

I am so confused.

The place that I posted in 2015 was basically the same apartment and it was listed at $729,000.  It sold for $705,500.

A year and a bit later, this nicer and brighter apartment is listed at...

$699,000.
