This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.75 x 121 foot lot with a detached garage at 494 Brunswick Avenue in the Annex.

 It looked like this in 2011 when it was listed at $999,000...

A year later when I first posted it, it looked like this...

And was listed at $2,195,000.

It was a good flip.  I didn't love the exposed brick and thought they kind of cheaped out on the door at the back (though I like the wall of windows)...

And on the third floor...

But overall, it was a good flip.  I just wasn't sure it was going to find a buyer right away at that price.

I'm not sure when or what it sold for but it is back on the market...

For $2,849,000.

Considering everything seems to be going WAY over asking these days (especially in the last few days, will get to that later)...

This will probably sell for $3.4 million...or maybe that's too low.
