Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 19.83 x 118.67 foot lot at 34 Prust Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood.

It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...

It was a good flip.  I just didn't love the fireplace with the glass railing.  

It was listed at $1,289,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,550,000...maybe more.

It sold...

For $1,651,000.
