AND IT WENT FOR - 380 Margueretta Street - BLOORDALE VILLAGE (7 Comments)

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 24 x 110 foot lot at 380 Margueretta Street in Bloordale Village.

It was a flip of a house that looked like this when it was listed at $789,000 in May 2016...

It sold for $1,126,000 and was flipped to the current house.

As a flip, it was a good one.  I didn't love all the brown staging and I would have preferred that the window in the kitchen was larger because there is room.  But overall, it was a good house.

It was listed at $1,499,000.  I thought it would probably sell for $1,685,000.

It sold...

For (approximately) $1,850,000.
