AND IT WENT FOR - 494 Brunswick Avenue - ANNEX

Two weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.75 x 121 foot lot with a detached garage at 494 Brunswick Avenue in the Annex.

It was a house that I first posted right after it had been flipped from this house...

Pre-flip, it was listed in April 2011 for $999,000 and when it was listed a year later, the asking price was $2,195,000.  

Without any changes that I could see, it was back on the market 2 weeks ago for $2,849,000.

I thought that since everything seems to be going WAY over asking these days that this would sell closer to $3.4 (which is actually a 10% growth assuming it sold for ask in 2012 so not so crazy...).

It sold...

For $3,050,000.
