PRICE DROP - 36 Hazelton Avenue #2A - YORKVILLE (1 Comment)
At the end of August, I posted this 2,700 square foot, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2 underground parking spots in the building at 36 Hazelton Avenue in Yorkville.
It was located in the same building that the Star reported in 2011 was the home to Mark Wahlberg's then to-be $12 million condo.
I'm not sure if Wahlberg ever actually bought there or if he eventually moved in, but he may as well have because this condo was giving me a lot of this...
It felt like a first condo for a young guy.
But $5,250,000 for a first condo!?! Kind of crazy.
As it turns out and according to a reader, it was a 'first condo'. It was home to at least one of the children of chef Susur Lee and Brenda Bent of Bent Gable Design and there were photos of it all over their son Jet Bent-Lee's Instagram.
It looks like it never sold because it is back on the market with all the same furniture.
The new price is...
$4,950,000.
Still kind of crazy.
