I'm not sure what it sold for or what work has been done beside painting the siding...

Overall, it's a good house. But who needs 9 bedrooms total unless it is a rooming house or there are multiple generations living here (which is possible)?
But with the popularity of this neighbourhood growing, I'm guessing this will attract a single family buyer.
And if you don't need 9 bedrooms and would prefer a more open family room/kitchen situation, it could be opened up to make one big room and the back 2 bedrooms and sitting room on the second floor could become one big master suite with a walk-in closet.
Or live in it as is.
Two years after being listed at $998,000, it is now listed at $1,399,000.
I'm thinking it will probably sell closer $1,565,000...maybe more.
