Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 26.83 x 134.83 foot lot at 264 Castlefield Avenue in the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood.

It was a move-in-ready house that looked like it had recently been renovated.  And they did a good job.

The only problem was that it was located really close to Avenue Road.  But despite that, I thought at first glance that this house would have been listed at $1,695,000.

It was listed at $1,395,000. 

It sold...

For $1,806,000.
