Last week, I posted this 6+3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 30 x 121 foot lot at 95 Glenholme Avenue in Regal Heights.

It was a house that looked like this in 2011...

And this in 2015 when it was listed at $998,000...

Other than painting the siding, I'm not sure what was done inside, but I think there were some updates.

It was a good house.  I just couldn't figure out why they needed so many bedrooms.  But if you didn't need all those rooms, you could reconfigure the back portion of the house to create a master suite and perhaps open up the back of the first floor to create and open kitchen/family room.

Or live as is.

It was listed at $1,399,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,565,000...maybe more.

It sold the day after I posted it...

$1,680,000.
