In December, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom duplex on a 21 x 150 foot lot at 60A Melbourne Avenue in Parkdale.
It was one of 2 new builds built on a lot that used to be this house...
It was an interesting house with art apparently done by Jimmy Chiale and a design that is 'Nationally recognized, Award winning'.
But as one reader pointed out, the front looks like corrugated cardboard and now every time I see it, all I can think of is this...
But it is a good build that could be rented out to Airbnb like the 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom duplex at 166 Dovercourt Avenue in Beaconsfield Village...
That house was listed in March for $2,399,000 and sold immediately for $2,349,000.
This house was listed in December for $3,388,000 which was...
It was going to have a price drop. And I don't know if this is the first one or not, but it has now had a price drop (with MUCH better photos) and it is a big drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$2,750,000.
