Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 204 foot ravine lot at 27 Astley Avenue in Rosedale.

When I saw the photo of the outside of the house, my first thought was this was built in the 70s and might need a full reno or a tear down.

Then I saw the inside and...

This was a really good house!

I wasn't crazy about the kitchen at the front, and apparently it was tiny (why didn't they put the kitchen where the dining room is and vice versa?), but the rest of the house was great.

It was listed at $1,895,000.  I thought it would sell around $2,100,000.

It sold...

For $2,400,400.
