PRICE INCREASE - 388 Manning Avenue - PALMERSTON
What the....!?!
At the end of April, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,345 foot condo with 1 parking spot on a 16.33 x 32.90 foot 'lot'.
It was a condo in the same building as the one I posted at the end of 2015 and like this condo, that condo was also a 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo.
But this condo only showed this as the bedroom...
With this as the plus one...
Which made me think it was this guy living in the apartment...
The condo that I posted in 2015 was listed at $729,000. It sold for $705,500.
A little over a year later, this place was listed at $699,000 which was clearly low. Something closer to $800,000 would have probably made more sense.
Looks like they have finally decided it was too low as well because it has just had a price increase...
To $948,500.
