This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 100 foot lot with a 3 car garage at 50 West Avenue in Riverside.
It's hard to see the front of the house because of the massive tree on the front yard. But on the inside, this is a good house.
The stairs are not exactly child friendly but that could be fixed.
Overall, the house is good and if you are into industrial, this house shows REALLY well.
But the basement isn't really finished unless you are good with this...
And the backyard is more like some furniture on the driveway...
The asking price is $1,999,000.
With only 3 bedrooms and not a fully finished basement, that seems a little high.
