PRICE INCREASE - 521 Spadina Road - FOREST HILL
Almost a year ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car garage and 9 other parking spots on a 50 x 150 foot lot at 521 Spadina Road in Forest Hill.
The listing pictures made it difficult to see the whole house but you could get the idea.
And it was a good house with some interesting art like this Taylor Swift inspired piece...
The asking price was $5,999,999.
Considering it was on a corner lot that had a stop light, I thought the price was a little high.
It never sold and now it is back on the market...
With a price increase to $6,488,888.
