This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 16.60 x 126.00 foot lot at 72 First Avenue in Riverside.

And if I were going to base my impressions of the house off of this photo...

It wouldn't be so good.

It looks like the door of this house...

Which is what this house used to look like before it was gutted and fully redone.

And considering that they redid the whole house, I have no idea why they didn't replace it with a door like this...

Or paint it so that it wasn't the original brown.

But otherwise, this is a really good house. It feels like a First Avenue Flip but I am not sure. I don't see any similar art or furniture but the kitchen...

Looks just like the 34 First Avenue kitchen...

That house was a row house and was listed at $899,000. It sold for $858,000.

This house is bigger, is a semi, has 2 more bathrooms, and 2 parking spots versus none and is listed at $999,000.

It will sell fast and probably closer to $1,225,000...maybe a bit more.
