AND IT WENT FOR - 211 Bain Avenue - RIVERDALE

A few weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car detached garage on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 211 Bain Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that used to look like this in 2009...

So, they added a third floor and I assume gutted the place.

And it is a really good reno.  The only problem was that the first floor felt really small.

Otherwise, it was a really good house.

It was listed at $1,790,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,950,000.  At some point the price was raised to $1,890,000.

It sold last week...

For $1,890,000.
