AND IT WENT FOR - 405 Brunswick Avenue - ANNEX

Last week, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 7 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 21.19 x 113.58 foot lot at 405 Brunswick Avenue in the Annex.

It was a house that I first posted it in 2012 when the listing photo looked like this...

At the time, it was listed at $2,395,000.  I thought it would sell fast and for $2,465,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,395,000.

ByJuly, it was taken off the market and a reader pointed out that it was then listed for rent for $11,000/month.  I didn't think that would happen.

But apparently it did because according to a neighbour, Ellen Page was seen coming in and out of the house last summer while she was here filming a movie.

I guess the owners were done with renting because this came back on the market recently with an asking price of $3,295,000.

It sold...

For $3,280,000.
