In October 2014, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 14,280 square foot house on a 280.88 x 305.50 foot lot at 61 The Bridle Path.
It was sent in by a reader pointing out I might 'know' the owner (or something like that), so I double checked the listing and saw this hint...

And it turns out....
This IS the house 'formerly' owned by Prince and his former Torontonian wife from 2001 to 2006, Menuela Testolini...
Who in January, talked about Prince's philanthropic endeavours with Rolling Stone.
The house was listed at $12,788,000.
In April 2016, Prince passed away and I realized this house was still on the market. It was still listed at $12,788,000.
But because of his death, this house suddenly got a lot of press which may explain the unexplainable price increase.
At some point in the last year, the house has been had a price increase. The new asking price for this house is...
$17,880,000.
