Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom (could easily be 4+1), 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 25 x 150 foot lot at 9 Barton Avenue in the Annex.

It was a house I had posted at the end of 2014 when it looked like this...

So, they painted the front and I like the dark a lot more.  

They also added herring bone white oak throughout the first floor and opened up the back and put in a new, really good kitchen.

I also said they redid the bathrooms but the reader who sent in the sale (thanks!) pointed out that the bathrooms weren't touched but closets were added in the sun room.

So, the first floor was redone with new windows on that floor and the outside was painted.

In 2014, the asking price was $1,880,000.  It sold for $2,005,000.

After redoing the first floor and 3 years later, it was back on the market for $2,749,000.

It sold...

For $2,955,000.
