Last month, I posted this 3 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car garage and 2 more parking spots on a 30 x 166.83 foot lot at 99 Farnham Avenue.

It's was a house that used to look like this 8 years ago...

It was a house renovated by Bolt Developments.  It had a great kitchen, an elevator, a huge 3rd floor gym, a patio at the front of the house, a patio at the back of the house, a huge rooftop deck, and a huge south facing lawn.

But it was only 3 bedrooms and the asking price was $5,670,000.  I still thought it would sell close to ask.

After a month on the market, it sold...

For (approximately) $5,350,000.
