What happened here!?!

At the end of September 2016, I posted this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 16.37 x 73 foot lot at 781 Craven Road in the Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood.

It was an interesting house that had a kitchen that looked like this...

Or this when it was in use...

It was listed at $699,000.

After 3 weeks on the market, it sold for $722,000.

And 7 months later, it is back on the market.  The new asking price is...

$699,000.

So, what happened!?!
