Earlier today, a reader sent in the listing for this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 21.49 x 110 foot lot at 119 Scarborough Road in the Beaches.
It was a house that I first posted in July 2013 and when I posted it, I said...
I am not sure how I feel about this house.
It was listed at $1,269,000. It sold for $1,200,000.
Now that it is back on the market, I still feel the same way about the house as I did before but I am a little confused.
It sold in 2013 but the outdoor furniture is still the same and the house is still full of brown furniture, even the same brown towels...
So, maybe they sold the current owners the furniture and the current owners just happen to love brown as much as the previous owners. I don't know.
But I do know that this house is back on the market.
The new listing price for this house is...
$1,789,000.
For three bedrooms? Maybe a little high.
