AND IT WENT FOR - 259 Roxton Road - BICKFORD PARK

A few weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse on a 13.98 x 128.71 foot lot at 259 Roxton Road in Bickford Park.

It was a townhouse in the same development as the townhouse that I had posted a few weeks earlier at 251 Roxton Road...

That house showed better but didn't have a pool like this house.

But the pool that looks like it is about 2.5 x 12 feet long...

Is more suitable for this...

Than this...

And the pool was basically the only difference between the houses.  

So, considering the house at 251 Roxton Road sold for $2,000,000, it was kind of weird that this house was listed at $2,148,000.

That wasn't a $150,000 pool.

It sat on the market for about 2 weeks but it finally sold...

For $2,050,000.
