At the beginning of June, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 2 storey coach house and 5 parking spots on a 19 x 109 foot lot at 27 Howland Road in Riverdale.

It was a flip of a corner store that used to look like this...

As far as a flip goes, this one was really good.

But $2,790,000!?!  I thought that seemed really high.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the end of June to $2,695,000.  I still thought that was pretty high.

I guess someone disagreed because this house sold on Tuesday...

For $2,679,000.
