I guess reports of the market's death have been greatly exaggerated.

The market has definitely changed from the crazy days of March, but it does not seem like it is done.  Or maybe it's just houses in high demand neighbourhoods are safe...

Like this house.

I would say that the interior is exactly my style, but with some simple changes (and maybe new floors, I am not into those floors at all), this house could be great.

It looks like this house was listed at the end of June for $1,795,000.

After a few weeks on the market (which would not have happened in March), this house sold...

For $1,750,000.
