AND IT WENT FOR - 129 Wychwood Avenue - WYCHWOOD

Last Wednesday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 22 x 80 foot lot at 129 Wychwood Avenue in Wychwood.

It's was a house that looked like this in September 2015 when it was last on the market...

I wasn't sure if it was a flip but it kind of felt like one.

It was a good reno for the most part, but they didn't update the windows.  And the dining room/kitchen was good but I prefer a walk out, or at least a view of the backyard, from the kitchen.  In this case, there was a back door and powder room blocking the view.

But if you wanted to build out a bit with all glass at the back, it looked like that was possible even though the lot wasn't super deep.

This house was listed at $1,429,000.

I thought it would sell fast but a little under ask.

It sold the day I posted it...

For $1,438,000.

Whoa!  So, does this mean the market's coming back!?!
