46 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 25.00 x 272.50 foot lot at 46 Castle Frank Road in South Rosedale.
It is a house that I have posted before when it was last listed in 2012. And nothing has changed.
The 1stDibs furniture is now gone and it has been staged a lot of throw pillows. Otherwise, it is the exact same house.
The walls are still mirrored. There is still track lighting (which I don't have a problem with but it has probably been there for decades). And the carpet on the second floor is still the same.
When it was listed in 2012, it was listed initially in March for $1,898,000 and the price was dropped in May 2012 to $1,789,990. I thought it would sell for $1,699,000.
By August 2012, the price was down to $1,695,000. It sold 2 weeks later for $1,650,000.
It is now back on the market, with no changes...
For $2,695,000.
That's an annual 10% increase but I still that might be a little high.
