This is a 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,200 square foot loft with 14 foot ceilings and 1 parking spot in the Wrigley Loft Building at 235 Carlaw Avenue in Leslieville.
It is the same building as the loft that I posted at 245 Carlaw Avenue #200 that had the video with the couple in their 100% Acrylic sweaters...
This place isn't as big and doesn't have the double height ceilings. But it has good windows that open easily (not sure how the #200 unit windows open). And this one shows a lot better.
It is more up-to-date but this bathroom looks a little rough (at least the grout on the shower floor does in these photos). Otherwise, it is a good space.
The loft at #200 was listed in 2012 at $529,000 with $785.38/month in condo fees.
This place was listed a month ago and seems to have just had a price drop. The current price for this loft is...
$865,000 with $597.12/month in condo fees.
P.S. What is up those stairs!?!
