Look at these swings!!!

They are amazing.  So are the Tim Burton Crystal Pendant Chandeliers above the dining room table.  And so is this loft.

It is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft with underground parking in the i-ZONE building that according to the listing has recently been renovated and restored.  

I'm not sure if this is the exact unit but here is a photo of what could be this loft before the renovation...

This is a HUGE improvement.

And if you are like me and are wondering who lives here, with a quick reverse address search, I discovered that it could be the agent.  Or maybe the agent just has an office in the building because apparently...

More than 50% of the units are occupied by businesses whose staff and owners go home at night, giving the building a wonderful sense of privacy in the evenings.

Is that a good thing?  I don't see that as a good thing.

Then I did another search and found out that the original developer of this building in 2002, Atria Development, has just done a 'relaunch' of several units in the building with this one included...which means no one lives here and it is staged.

So, if you want to live in a recently renovated loft and are okay with no windows and just skylights (I think that would get to me after a while)...

And if you are okay with the hefty price tag of $1,649,000 with $862.52/month condo fees for a 1 bedroom loft, this is a good option.
