Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with 3 parking spots on a 33.92 x 183.00 foot lot at 19 Glencairn Avenue in Lytton Park.
It is a house that looked like this 2 years ago...
It was completely renovated and I assumed it was a flip.
And it was good.
I didn't like the location of the oven and microwave. Other than that and the fact that the backyard was not done (perhaps in case the new buyer wanted to build a pool?).
I said that if this were listed 3 months ago, it would probably sell for $3.3 million.
It was listed at $2,875,000.
It sold in 2 days...
For (approximately) $3,100,000.
