It's back!
The 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on 48 x 94 foot lot at 22 Cottingham Road in South Hill is back on the market.
It is a Grey House that was first listed in March 2013 for $3,195,000 with the listing calling it 'South Hill's Landmark Home'.
Right.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in April to $2,988,000. Then in May when the price was down to $2,799,000. And again in July when it dropped to $2,645,000. And again in September after it was listed with a new video finally showing the yard. The asking price was $2,536,888.
It finally sold in September 2015 or $2,250,000.
In April, it came back on the market for...
$4,318,888.
It didn't sell.
It is now back on the market with a price drop and this fancy video...
(Note that there is no living room.)
The new price for this house that sold for $2,250,000 just under 2 years ago is...
$3,695,000.
