This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 5 parking spots on a 39.08 x 132 foot lot at 87 Harper Avenue in Moore Park.
It is a large house located on a ravine lot on a quiet street in a family friendly neighbourhood.
It was designed in 2009 by Wayne Swadron, the same person behind the 'Guest House' of the former Rosedale compound at 100 Glen Road...
And like that house, this house is done very well. It isn't as modern as that house but it is a done house. And the layout is really good for a large family.
The master bedroom is huge with a large walk-in closet but I am not so crazy about the location of the bed. Basically, you can lie in bed and look down the hallway to the laundry closet. Not ideal.
Otherwise, this is a great house with an amazing ravine lot that could have a little more done to the backyard but you probably couldn't build a pool.
It is listed at $4,888,000.
If you want in the neighbourhood and you want to move now, this is pretty much the only option so it might go for ask.
But if you are willing to wait, the price does seem a little high.
