HEMINGWAY CONDO SELLS
It was a renovated apartment it a building called 'The Hemingway' because this was once the home to Ernest Hemingway who, as it turns out, lived in Toronto and worked at the Toronto Star.
This was not his actual apartment but it is a really good apartment.
The only problem was the one air conditioning unit in the kitchen and the fact that this place had a ton of west and south facing windows over looking busy Bathurst Street.
Otherwise, it was a great apartment.
The asking price was $799,000 with monthly fees of $896.61 that included utilities.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped 2 weeks later to $769,000.
It sold a week later...
