A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on an 18.17 x 116.25 foot lot at 163 Langley Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a good house despite the sort of dated tile and it was move-in-ready.

It was listed at $1,179,000.

I thought it will sell closer to $1,350,00...maybe more.

It sold 5 days after I posted it...

For $1,312,000.
