I don't know what it is about this house...
But I really, really like it.
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 40 x 133.5 foot lot.
And there is just something about it. Despite some recent updates (not sure a 14 year old kitchen counts as a 'recent update'), it's kind of dated with popcorn walls. But between the teak furniture and the all around happy feel of it, I love it.
But the odds are that it will turn into something like the neighbour's house at 42 Colin Avenue...

Especially with a 40 foot wide lot.
The asking price for this house is $2,665,000.
So, if it is torn down and a new $1,500,000 house is built in its spot, could it go for $4,500,000? Probably.
