AND IT WENT FOR - 99 Willcocks Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

At the end of August, I posted this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 21 x 120 lot at 99 Willcocks Street in Harbord Village.

It was a house that was in good shape and could be fine with some paint and a kitchen/bathroom reno.  But considering the wiring and plumbing, etc. probably needs to be replaced, it would most likely be better to do a full reno.

It was listed at $1,595,000.

Considering it was in a high demand area and the house had lots of potential, I thought it would sell closer to $1.7.

It sold 5 days after I posted it...

For $1,808,000.
