This is a good house.
It is a 4 bedroom, bathroom semi on a 19.42 x 68 foot lot at 95 Springhurst Avenue in Parkdale.
The way it is done, it reminds me of a smaller version of the house at 53 Wilson Park Road that I posted a year and a half ago...
Both have original features, dark kitchens with tin roos, dark bathrooms, sparkly chandeliers, and lots of vintage stuff everywhere...
Which makes me wonder if Jenn Hannotte had anything to do with this house as well.
Though this is a good house that is done really well, there are some quirks.
I am not sure where they hang their clothes on the third floor, the 'unique wrap around office space' is odd (but could make a good play room), and the location isn't the best.
When I looked at the photos, I was wondering why there was only this photo of the backyard looking at the house and not the other way around...
Then I looked at the map, and this is the location of the house...
Ohhhh...
Now I get the price.
If this house were in any other location, it would be listed around $1,300,000 (maybe a little less with that short lot and no parking).
This house that overlooks the GO train tracks and the Gardiner Expressway is listed at...
$999,000.
Kind of a deal if you don't mind the noise.
