This house has been on the market for a long time.

When I first posted in 2012, I mentioned that 'theses people like their chess!'.  So I took a look at the old photos to see what I meant by that and saw that there were a few chess boards throughout the house.

And I realized that the photos from that listing are the same photos from the recent listing.

So, this house has been on the market for a long time.

It is a 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms house on a 50 x 437.92 foot ravine lot.  In 2012, it was listed at $8,384,000.  I thought it was a $5.8 house at the most unless they are able to find a specific buyer that was into the style and the fact that there were only 3 bedrooms. 

Considering it never sold, I guess they didn't (but I think it was for lease a few years ago).

On Monday, it was back on the market for $7,500,000.  It sold yesterday...

For (approximately) $7,500,000.
