Yesterday, I posted a house a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house at 220 Heath Street East in Moore Park that was listed in September...

It was a new build that when I saw the fireplace...

I knew the house was done by the same person that did the house at 171 Stibbard Avenue in Sherwood Park that I posted in February...

Here is the fireplace from that house...

Not quite the same but very similar.  Plus, the toilets and the closets were the same.

Then last week, this house hit the market.  It is a 4+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 59 x 113.56 at 2 Orchard Green in Bennington Heights and here is the fireplace in this house...

Again, not quite the same but similar.  So, it's possible that it isn't the same person but when you compare the fireplace at Heath to the shower in this house...

And the fact that the kitchen island light of this house is the same as the Heath Street house is the same, not to mention the floors and the closets...

It's pretty clear that this is the same builder for all 3 houses and they are really into the free-standing room separator fireplace.

The Stibbard house was listed at $3,495,000 a year ago.  The Heath Street house was listed at $3,250,000 in September.  Both sold fairly close to list.

This house that is larger and on a larger lot with a house that used to look like this...

Is listed at...

$4,995,000.

That's a lot higher than the other houses.  But it is a lot bigger.
