368 Markham Street - PALMERSTON, TORONTO (10 Comments)

This is a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with 2 laneway parking spots on a 20.44 x 125 foot lot at 368 Markham Street in Palmerston.

It is a recently renovated house that seems to have been redone in 2015 according to Google Streetview...

So, I don't think this is a flip.

It is, in fact, a very impressive house.  It has great floors and a huge kitchen.  And there is a lot of white (if you are into white).

For some reason, this house kind of reminds me of the house at 61 Gloucester Street at Church and Wellesley...

I think it is the white and the red.

And those chairs...

They are the same chairs from the house at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth...

I don't get those chairs.

As for this house, it is done very well.  The finishes are all high quality and well thought out to modernize it while still keeping many of the original features.

And it is in a great location.

The asking price is...

$3,680,000.

With only 3 bedrooms, for a family, this seems high.  I feel like you can get more for a family at that price, like 531 Palmerston Boulevard...

But for a young couple who want a gym in the basement, an entertainment room in the front bedroom, and a guest room or office at the back....

I think it could be very appealing.

Either way, this is a good house in a good location and probably won't sit for long but I'm not sure it's going quite at list.
